Your orders will be shipped within 2-4 business days after payment has cleared. Please note that the order will be sent to the address linked to your PayPal account. If your order should go to another address, please add a note or let me know via email


Every order is packed with the utmost care. Prints are sent flat in a sturdy envelope, canvases are sent rolled or flat. If you're unsure about shipping for your order, please contact me.


Orders placed within Europe may take up to 1 week to arrive. Orders from a non-European country can take up to 3 weeks to arrive. All international orders will be sent with a track and trace service. Please feel free to contact me if you haven't received anything four weeks after placing your order.

Large/Custom Orders

Please bear in mind that very large or custom orders may take longer to prepare for shipping. Contact me if you have any questions about this.


Please understand that any potential duties or other charges applied by customs are your responsibility. If you're unsure about this, check regulations for parcels from Germany before placing your order. 

On very rare occasions packages get held up at customs. Should this happen to your order, please understand that it's impossible for me to do anything about it. Put on the kettle and sit tight, your parcel will get to you eventually.

Loss or Damage

On rare occasions it can happen that a parcel gets lost in the mail. If your postbox is still empty after 4 weeks, please get in touch. If the parcel isn't retrievable, I will provide you with a replacement or an exchange.

In the rare event that your order didn't arrive in tip-top condition, please make a photo and keep all documentation. Contact me as soon as possible with the photo and any other details. This may help me make a claim against the carrier's insurers. Please don't return the goods without contacting me first, as this could incur unnecessary costs.
